How We Work
Our creative process
To get started, we request that all potential clients fill out a creative brief. This questionnaire gives us a quick overview of the project and helps me understand how we can help you.
We reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Call or meeting
We meet either in person or over a voice / Skype call to discuss the project requirements and goals, and talk about the long-term vision of the business.
We ask follow up questions that did not fit in the brief, and break down our design process for the project.
Proposal & Quotation
After the meeting, we send over a proposal for the project. This includes the project requirements, estimated investment and a general timeline.
Once you accept the proposal, we collect the deposit to start the ball rolling (typically it’s 50% of the total fee).
Research & Design
We conduct research to learn as much as we can about the product or service and its competitors. For websites, we don’t waste time creating mock ups–we start designing right away.
NOTE Our aim is provide the best solution, so we don’t present multiple options. At the end of the day, it’s not about preference; it’s about what works.
Refinement & Presentation
At the end of a logo or brand identity project, we will provide a PDF presentation of the final design, complete with an explanation of the design decisions we made along the way.
Once the final invoice has been paid, we will send over all the final files in vector formats.
