EFFRO is an events marketplace that aims to solve the hiring (and eventually planning) issues in the events industry. Originally a B2C platform, they needed a new brand image to appeal to the new target market. They also required a complete revamp (UI design and user journey) of their marketplace platform.
I proposed a simple wordmark with the "O" replaced by a circle, so that the other elements of the brand (such as typography, imagery and tone of voice) can take centrestage.
For the platform revamp, I first created a separate flowchart each for clients (the users who do the hiring) and resources (users who are being hired) to illustrate the user journey for both sets of users. Based on this flowchart, I created low-fi wireframes followed by high-fi mockups to hand off to the developer.
